Can you build on a sloping block?

In most cases yes. Our standard pricing allows for a site slope of up to 600 mm. Greater slopes may require additional footing design, changes to access or other site works, which are priced separately.

How long does construction take?

Construction typically takes around 8 weeks for a studio and up to 14 weeks for larger extensions and granny flats. The timeframe depends on the size and complexity of your project. Paperwork and permits take approximately 3 months on average before construction begins. This can vary depending on the level of customisation, project complexity and whether additional permits are required.

Do your builds comply with Australian building standards?

Yes, our builds comply with the National Construction Code and applicable Australian Standards. Our designs also incorporate silver-level livable housing accessibility features and a 7-star energy rating, supporting comfort, energy efficiency and ease of movement.
