All of our home offices can be prefabricated or ready-made. We take the time to understand each client’s requirements. You can be involved in designing and creating your own site-specific office!
We can build you a prefabricated home office that will suit your needs or suggest a suitable and economical design that we can then build based on our templates. You can also personalise your space by choosing your own cladding, finishes, flooring, door and furniture
We manufacture or prefabricate our home offices in our factory environment, and then use a crane to assist with the onsite building. This is a very cost-effective way of building home offices. It is usually less than the cost of using conventional building systems, and we pass that saving onto our clients.

Our prefabricated home offices are built using rectangular, hollow, steel bearers. These bearers support steel joists that carry the load of the studio. The pile-driven foundations come with a 25-year warranty. Our foundation system is also concrete-free and the most environmentally friendly in the world.
Our walls have a steel frame and are insulated to R 2.5. They can be rendered or clad with Weathertex, Colorbond, or any other suitable finish that you want. All of our windows are 6mm thick and double-glazed.
