Unpacking and Organizing
With everything ready, we start unloading the parts. Whether it’s a flat-packed pod or larger pre-built panels, each section is clearly marked and organized. It’s like assembling a custom jigsaw puzzle except this one turns into a beautiful, functional room.
Getting the Foundations Right
Every solid pod starts with a strong base. Depending on your block, we install either steel footings or concrete piers to make sure your pod stays level and stable for years to come. It’s the quiet, important step that makes all the difference.
The Frame Goes Up
