• If your package is unopened, you are eligible for a full refund, minus transportation and return shipping costs.
• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the package.

Opened Packages:

• If the package has been opened and installation is not possible due to defective parts or missing components, we reserve the right to replace the defective or missing items.

• Refunds are not applicable in these cases; our priority will be to ensure you receive the necessary components to complete your project.
