We're very happy with our new garden studio! The whole team at Garden Studios were were excellent and kept us informed and involved throughout the design and build process. The finished studio looks terrific - we're so pleased with the picture window and seat below (thanks Joseph for the suggestions!).

Even with many challenges of lockdowns, the team were able to find solutions to get the project up and running and then built on time. Right from our first contact with Garden Studios we have been impressed with their friendly professionalism in delivering the product that we wanted. Promises and appointments were kept, helpful suggestions were made, we were kept informed of progress at all stages. They obtained the necessary planning approval from our local council on our behalf. We now have a well finished office pod in our back yard which looks like it has always been there.

We have been struggling to make a decision on the best way to downsize and are looking at either building a Granny flat or buying a townhouse. We will be retiring soon and cannot make the wrong decision, so asked Joe's advice on either building a Granny flat(with no title) or buying a townhouse off plan. Without any regard for profit , he immediately advised us to buy a townhouse. It is so rare to find someone who puts others needs before their own, offers unconditional advice and who has many years experience in the property market For anyone looking for advice and guidance on down sizing and buying a Granny flat, we do not hesitate to recommend Joe and Alex who are absolutely honest ,empathetic and very professional with advice and suggestions. If we cannot buy the townhouse we will definitely be building our Granny flat with Garden Studios.
