Garden Studios offers complete, hassle free service from the very beginning. We include a full property report, a site visit, preliminary drawings, complete architectural drawings, planning permits when required, engineering, the building permit and all relevant insurances. We are also the only company in Melbourne that includes the connections to services in the cost of the build. This means your connections to sewer, water, and storm water are included in the price for up to ten metres from the studio.*

Once we have set out the site for you, the Construction process begins. We build the studio using prefabricated light gauge steel wall and subfloor framing.Our pile footing system allows us to guarantee the foundations for twenty five years. We are the only company in Melbourne to provide a twenty five year foundation warranty. We also include a 10 year structural warranty.
As part of our inclusions, we offer three ranges – Value, Value Plus and Bespoke.

Garden Studios Studios, Second Homes and Extensions are Livable Housing Australia (LHA) Silver Standard designed. Your bathroom and kitchen come with a suite of options to personalize your fittings and fixtures. Our Standard Kitchen package covers all of your needs with multiple layouts to choose from and our in house design team will guide you through a wide range of colour selections.
